One of the first things I did when I got on the Internet in 1995 was to start researching vacuum cleaners. At the time I had 3 long haired dogs and I wanted a vacuum that would work well on pet hair. About all I could find was vacuum cleaner stores that all had the exact same information on vacuums. Being a web designer I found this somewhat aggravating. I mean that is the whole point of the Internet. You can put up detailed information on your products. People want more than just the standard specs! I emailed a vacuum site and explained my problem. They did nothing to improve their web site but did convince me to buy a commercial Sanitaire vacuum. It was okay, had good suction but was hard to push. I wasn't thrilled and it now sits out in my garage. I love my Dyson, but enough rambling and on to the purpose of this web site.
